Mizuko's name means "Waterchild" (jap. Mizu=Water; Ko=Child) and ironically she is the child of Water. Which means she can't only control Water itself, but she can use the water in plants, in the air and even in people. She really loves her powers and played with them ever since she knew of them. She's born in Corona and became Makoto's best friend, when he and his family moved there. Her hobby is to fight with Makoto. She loves it to use her powers against him. When he's distressed, she's the one who "cools him down" again. One day when she was angry with something she created a flood and nearly destryoed the kingdom. She's the one who found out where the children of Earth, Air, Lightning, Ice, Light and Dark are. She actually wanted to accompany Makoto to find the over blessed ones, but needed to take care of something and stayed behind.
